• Spencer Galbally - Managing Director

  I decided to pack my bags for Australia in mid-1998 after becoming disillusioned with my career in London.  Having worked for a small film-processing company for seven years I realised I was only ever going to make it into a management role if the Owner’s son left the company-and that just wasn’t going to happen! 
  
  Five months into my travels, I was all out of cash so being an avid Arsenal supporter I answered an advertisement seeking “Sports Minded People”.  The opportunity to earn unlimited short-term or long-term earnings was too good to resist.  I quickly realised this working environment could not be more different to the one I left behind in the UK.   The opportunity to earn an unlimited income and career advancement-dependent only on myself-were the reasons why I decided to apply myself to the business.
  
  Within ten months of starting in the Organisation, I was running my own Marketing Company in Perth, The Storm Promotions Group.  For two years I ran a consistent sales office representing credit clients in the Events and Business to Business fields.  Then in November, 2001, I received a call from Vice President Shane Ward asking me to ‘test’ a new client within the Events field of the Direct Marketing Industry.  The new client turned out to be the first of many non-profit Organisations represented by Appco Group Support.  To this day, the Charities Division remains one of Appco’s most successful and profitable for our clients, raising a phenomenal $42 million for them in one year alone.
  
  Today my achievements are extremely impressive having been promoted to Vice Presidency in 2008, my Organisation now spans four countries worldwide with an impressive 23 and counting offices amongst these countries.  My ambition and drive ensures that my Organisation is seen as a benchmark within the Sales & Marketing Industry.   I remain committed and motivated to continue both my Australian and European expansions.

• Eva Iosifidis - Personal Assistant, Organisation Head Administrator

  I have worked with The Storm Promotions Group since March 2004.  As an Organisational Head Administrator to the group my role focuses on assisting and training of all new administrators to the company.  I am responsible for all the recruitment and oversee the administration staff within the organisation.  I am determined to provide the organisation with the best business practice advice and guidance in the areas of recruitment and administration.
  My focus is to continue to mentor, coach and develop all administrators within the organisation and assist them in developing their own careers as well as working alongside their owners successes.
  
   My pride and genuine enthusiasm come from working alongside Vice President Spencer Galbally as well as all our affiliated offices around Australia and Europe.  My immediate goal is to always align my own goals with those of Spencers and the company’s vision to achieving great results.
